The company Roger Vidal, is a small family company (6 people on site), based in the South Aveyron, in Saint Jean du Bruel, between Millau and Montpellier.
Butcher from father to son over many generations, Roger Vidal has created recipes which are the fruit of a special know-how coupled with the secrets of regional traditions. These techniques are enhanced by the use of modern,
high-performance machinery. The production site, equipped according to community standards, has also been subject to an internal quality control system, regulated by the HACCP process since 1996.
This control enables Roger Vidal to guarantee the quality of its products both in France and abroad. Today its exports account for 50% of its global turnover.
Roger Vidal pâtés and terrines owe their unique, refined taste to the very best choice of ingredients that go into their making. This is first and foremost due to a rigorous selection of their suppliers, based on confidence and on
the quality of the selected products. All meat products are from authorized slaughterhouses.
