The monks of the Abbey of Tournay, have specialised in the production of traditional fruit jellies since the sixties. They have over the years tried and succeeded in creating fruit jellies that translate the real taste of the fruits used.
They only use natural ingrédients, no colouring nor préservatives.
A new product has been developped 15 year ago. The monks have started to put a fine black cholocate coating on the fruit jellies. The « Pavé de l’Abbaye » was born.
A original mix of fruit and chocolate, a must for the real connoisseurs.
